No customer support to correct issues
Update: Seller did contact me to resolve the issue and did send a replacement.We purchased this chandelier for our new home. It is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It was installed in our new home in February. At the end of March, we noticed a humming noise coming from one of the candles on the chandelier. We switched out multiple bulbs to confirm that there is a wiring issue inside the fixture. There is no contact information for the manufacturer, so we contacted Amazon and we were out of the return timeframe unfortunately. The manufacturer specifically states to call their customer service if there are issues with the product, but they do not list any customer service contact information and Amazon has no contact information for them either. I am very disappointed. Please be aware with purchasing this product as the manufacturer does not stand behind the quality of their product.

Added to the dining room/dry bar area… just need a table now.It came unassembled and I was able to put together myself. Hired an electrician to put up.
