Softness and overall look
The sofa itself is comfortable however, I wish the pillows were bigger and fluffy. The pillows are small and thin.

Simple and comfortable!
Love this couch! I like the fact that the Ottoman is movable! It attaches to one side by a zipper, and it can be removed as well. If I were to change anything about the couch, it would be the fluffiness of the back pillows. Even with the 72 hour timeframe to let them air out, it didn’t seem to have much difference. However, I really enjoy the couch and it’s extremely comfortable! Very easy to assemble, and I thought it was extremely good quality for the price.

Comfortable, firm
Absolutely loved this sofa! It’s comfortable and firm. The only thing I’d say is that the back part is too low, aside from that it’s a great sofa!

Comfortable but very low back
Love our new sofa! Unfortunately, the back is extremely low and it’s very hard. So we can’t really lay back and relax without additional pillows that we had to buy. If you’re sitting up straight, the back of the sofa is halfway up your spine.. so yeah, super low. Love the material and the length though!
