Great chairs, Fed Ex sucks!
Great product! Great customer service! Be aware, it does ship in 3 separate boxes, I know it says it in the description, but I didn’t read it! FedEx delivered 1 package (2 chairs) 1 day and because there was only 1 tracking number listed on my purchase, I freaked out. I contacted the customer service, they assured me it would be delivered, and they were the next day. It was a Fed Ex issue, not seller issue. Great chairs that go together easily! Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous chairs
These chairs are almost an exact dupe of a more expensive brand out there. I was hesitant to purchase since there wasn’t a return policy and there were only a few reviews but I have to say I’m so glad I took a chance and bought these. They’re so nice and well made. Very happy with my purchase.

Pleasantly surprised
Easy to assembly my 17year old teen and I assembled 6 chairs in less than half an hour. They feel firm, are comfortable, and feel sturdy. They look EXACTLY as they are pictured. I am giving them 4 stars just because I am not sure of longevity yet. So we shall see. But so far super please right out of the box!

BEWARE DO NOT BUY
BEWARE!!!! Doesn’t even deserve one star. This chair is extremely lumpy. Like the inside is not distributed properly. The quality of the top is horrible. It’s extremely small and if you want to return the chair they charge you $30 to ship it back (per box). I ordered 3 boxes and now will be out $90. I contacted the seller stating the lumpiness and was basically told too bad you have to still pay the $30 per box. Lumpiness IS a quality issue. There was no way of knowing this upon purchasing. Not happy.

Fantastic Quality and and Outstanding Customer Service
Upon receiving the chairs we were really impressed with the quality even beyond the reasonable price point. A friend who has their chairs from restoration hardware was equally impressed in how similar they seemed. Unfortunately in the first round of purchasing the color didn’t quite match the table we purchased, but the customer service was just as fantastic as the quality of the product. You are actually dealing with real people who respond promptly and were great with accommodating for us. We’ll definitely be looking for more products from here.
