Love This Set and Great Customer Service
My husband is very experienced at putting things together. He admits the table was a challenge. He finally got a tape measure to measure where the holes would finally line up and that was at 4 and 3/4″ if I remember correctly. Make sure the line that is on the top of the table is the middle part when upside down. Then the other table half can only go one of two ways. After the first chair is put together the rest are easy. All the work was worth it.Two of the chair pieces needed to be replaced and I emailed the company late on a Fri. nite. Didn’t think I’d hear back from them until at least Mon. but they emailed back on Sun. The replacement parts were here in 3 days and it would have been 2 days had I known what info they needed.The table looks great, the chairs are comfortable and I’d buy this set again. Will update this review next summer.

Easy, comfy and worth the price
We are happy with this set. The chairs are wide, strong and comfy. My husband has chronic back pain, and he prefers to sit in these chairs. Rain goes through the fabric. Great for eating out on the deck or playing games. Easy to assemble. Great price. Happy with this purchase.

Great Outdoor Set + Truly Exceptional Customer Service
I ordered this outdoor furniture set right before Thanksgiving and paid extra for quicker shipping, hoping to have it ready for my family’s visit. It was set to deliver between the 26th-28th. The pieces arrived in two separate boxes. The table arrived first, then the chairs two days later. So at first I was very frustrated and upset that it didn’t arrive on time.BUT the sellers were incredible. They responded immediately, were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole situation. They refunded me for the expedited shipping since it arrived later than i anticipated. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate when a company stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. They absolutely did that. They were very quick and responsive and that’s important, especially when it’s lacking so much these days.The chairs arrived last night and my family and I put the whole set together. The table took a little time, and some frustration by the hubby (he may or may not have been following the directions though 😅 but everything went together well. The set looks beautiful. It rained hard overnight and everything held up perfectly. It’s sturdy, waterproof and really good quality.We just moved back to the States from Costa Rica and are starting over with zero furniture, so having a relaxing outdoor space again means a lot to me. This set helped me recreate a little bit of that peaceful feeling for my backyard that I miss so much. I would have loved a natural brown or brown faux-wood option, but the set is still gorgeous and fits our space perfectly.All in all, we’re very happy with it.Great product, even better sellers. I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

It arrived with missing items
I bought this product with great excitement, specifically to spend these family holidays, and it turns out that only the table arrived, all the chairs were missing. It has been a disaster for us because now I have to go out and rent chairs.I’m going to wait two or three days to see if they arrive somehow (if so, I’ll update this review); otherwise, I’ll request a refund.

We love it The table is sturdy and the seats stack which is what we were looking for. Chairs are comfortable and no cushions to deal with. My husband can repair anything. He builds houses, cars, etc but it took most of the afternoon to complete. One important thing to be aware of: the legs are labeled but right and left are reversed. It depends on your viewpoint. Sitting in the chair or facing the chair; a word to the wise. We are happy with the set. 😊
