Great Service, Great Chairs
These chairs are great! Relatively easy to assemble and sturdy. We ordered 10 in all and had one that arrived with a chip on the leg. The seller was quick to respond and sent a replacement part right away!

The feet are not parallel to the floor. Difficult to put felt sliders on so it doesn’t scratch the wood floor.

I bought 4 chairs and they all wobble considerably. They look great! Solid wood. Also, kind of hard to put together.

Hard to put together
The chairs were not easy to put together. We were missing some parts and they were not cut right to fit together. A couple of chairs were wobbly and we also had 1 chair that the back legs were so long that the chair slanted forward. The price is cheap and that is the product that you get

These chairs were very easy to assemble. The instructions with pictures made it really easy. Once assembled they were very sturdy. Only had 2 items that the manufacturer or supplier need to address.1. The chairs did not come with chair sliders that go on the bottom of the chair legs.2. There are 4 holes, where screws are inserted, on each chair that are exposed to view and there were4 wooden plugs included in the kit for 2 chairs.

DO NOT BUT THESE CHAIRS!I wanted to replace some old (really cheap) kitchen chairs, these are HORRIBLE and not at all comfortable.Support cracked when I tightened the screws, cracked spindle when received.When I contacted Giantex, they seemed okay resolving my issue BUT every email sent to me was from a different person AND what was promised in one email was never mentioned in other emails. Once these are assembled it is impossible to repackage them to return them. AND, the chairs are genuinely uncomfortable to sit on.Even worst than the chairs is the customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GIANTEX AGAIN.
