Love them
Very nice chairs and I would buy again… the set up was a little challenging for me. Idk if i need to put all screws in first but i put one in and the others were not aligned. Anyways I got them up and love the recliner

Very beautiful and comfortable chair
This is a very nice and comfortable chair. It’s sturdy, beautiful, and reclines perfectly.

Cheap Product Exorbitant Return Fees
This recliner is not genuine leather, looks like plastic and the holes do not align properly. Return fee is exorbitant. The cost of return shipping is almost as much as the cost of the recliner. Seller has been very difficult in the Return process.

Product shipping information missing!
??? MISSING VITAL PARTS. Unable to assemble and evaluate. However, main body of recliner seemed light in weight for recliner.

Came broken.
Purchased two of these beautiful chairs, but one came in with cracked armrest and the chair seat was not bolted to the bottom of the chair when set on you will tip forward. I am so disappointed because the chair is really beautiful and I wanted a set for a special occasion. I’m afraid to order a replacement chair. But the chair it’s self is 5 star.

5 star style
The chairs are well done. They are modern style and pretty straightforward to assemble. My Suggestions are to get those bolts in, as if you are changing a car tire, hand-tighten each bolt little by little. The package of the armrest is poor. One came broken as I saw it on the reviews but I requested an extra armrest.I will give this a 5 star for style and sturdiness and thinking that dealing with the packaging is an almost inevitable issue.

Accent chairs
Love these chairs. They fit perfectly in my bedroom. We did receive damaged leg on one of the chairs. We reached out to the vendor and ask them to send replacement because we love them so much. They sent replacement parts with no hesitation.
