Durable steel and built to last many years. I bought this item for a house warming gift and it was well received. This firepit can be used as a bonfire to burn brush, leaves, etc. Also, it has a grill feature. Perfect for sitting by the fire and eating stores too. Came bent and has sharp pieces
The firepit as a whole is beautiful. It’s a great value. It feels sturdy, is larger than I’d thought, and is plenty deep for a great fire. It helps to have two people assembling it, especially during the railing part. My friend and I had a hard time even with the both of us. It could’ve been because one side of the main bowl came bent, but I’m honestly not sure why it was so difficult.Instructions were not completely clear – especially when putting the heat protector on the bottom. Be sure to look at the picture instead of the words, as the pictures show more detail.I love that it has a grill. It also comes with a small fire poker that can be used to remove the mesh lid as well. The small fire poker it came with is not welded together nicely at all. There are crooked parts sticking out here and there – not great craftsmanship, but it looks like it’ll be able to do the job nonetheless. I had to buy a cover, firewood grippers/scissors, and a longer poker separately.Take caution when handling the lid and anywhere else the mesh wiring is. It’s very sharp and can cut or poke easily. Also around the edge of the lid where metal strips cover the edges, they were not welded together well, and are crooked, so a piece hangs down and is VERY sharp. I thought about sending it back and asking for a replacement, but honestly, with it being such a big box/item, it isn’t worth the hassle, and I just decided to keep it. It also had a big scratch on the rim, but not a huge deal, as I’m sure the wood will scratch it up more too with more use.All in all, it’s a nice firepit. We’ll be enjoying it a lot this year.

Looks and functions great!
I’ve had about 10 fires in this so far since I got it in the end of July after an easy assembly. So far nothing has warped or broken even with some pretty hot fires, paint is holding up as well though I have it covered when not in use so it’s not exposed to the elements. I ended up making a small grate out of some rebar welded together to lift the logs off the bottom a little, it’s not the thickest steel but it seems to do the job. This not only works great as a decent looking cheaper fire pit but with the added adjustable grill grate you can make yourself an awesome burger, steak, or whatever you want.My only issues with this is I wish the cooking grate support was a little bit taller and that the screw to tighten it was on the outside of the pit so it’s easier to add or remove it during a fire or just have the mount for it on the outside as well so the cover fits with the support in. The poker is short and flimsy as well, basically just good for swinging the grate around or to add/remove the screen cover.

Good quality overall and easy to assemble.Nice deep bowl sturdy legs. My only complaint is the poker or lid removal tool is too short and kind of cheesy.

Good for a backyard fire or to take on a trip, but could be better constructed
This firepit is a good size for a backyard and looks great. It does have a number of flaws however. Firstly the handle rail is a challenge to put together and easy to bend out of shape. The pins that hold the cover are not long enough so the cover needs to be very carefully placed or one side will tip into the fire. The pins themselves are a bit loose and one has already fallen out and in my example. Lastly the grill that comes with it is not thick enough so the fire will heat it up so it bends and hotdogs will roll to the center. All this aside, if you clean it out regularly so the base is not plugged with ash it is a good way to have a backyard fire to hang out around while still being able to move it to other locations

Easy to assemble!
Very pretty fire pit! I’m not very handy with tools but I put this together by myself in no time, using included tools and hardware. Fire pit is not too heavy to move around, but heavy enough to be sturdy. I also bought a cover for it. Also has a grill which is half the diameter, perfect for grilling.
