Disappointing in person
It’s about an inch taller than advertised. The top plates don’t line up and there’s nothing you can do about it since the hinge location is pre-drilled. The bottom is also not flush and there’s the slightest gap between the edges and the floor which becomes a massive dust trap.

I actually love this item. I had to disassemble it because I didn’t read which I think Is most people’s issue getting things to line up perfectly but that was totally on me. Just make sure you read the instructions thoroughly and you won’t have any issues. Nice solid and gives you ample space to host friends. We bought it for game night and works wonders for us
